Servings: Hot & Cold 

  • Hot brew:

- Daily range

  Infusing 1 sachet in 250~350cc 90°C boiling water for 3~5 minutes then remove the sachet to serve.  

  Steep the sachet twice or more depending on personal flavor.

- juicery range

  Steep 1 tea bag in approx. 450cc hot water for 5-8 min then sweeten with honey, syrup or sugar   

   according to personal flavor

- Loose Leaves

   Use 2.5-3 g per cup 250-350 cc and pour in 90°C water for 3-5 minutes, then remove the leaves to

  serve.  Steep the leaves twice or more depending on personal tastes.

  • Cold brew:

- Daily range

  1) Infusing 2 sachets in 600 cc cold water at room temperature or fridge for 3~5 hours or before going

       to bed then enjoy the tea next morning.  Remove sachets and serve. or

  2) Infusing 1 sachet in 100 cc hot water for 3 minutes then add cold water to 500-600 cc and remove

       the sachet after a while depending on personal flavor.

- juicery range

  For a 450cc cold drink, firstly infuse 1 tea bag in 150cc hot water for 3 minutes then add cold water, 

   ice, syrup, honey or any juices you like to 450cc, according to personal flavor

- Loose Leaves

  Infuse 5-6 g in 600 cc cold water at room temperature or fridge for 3-5 hours or before going to bed

  then enjoy the tea the next morning.  Remove leaves and serve.
