WHY DOES  THE TROPIC OF CANCER MATTER & SIGNIFY OUR TEAS?  Because it makes…

• A great variable in day and night temperature

• Transient sunlight with mist, haze, fog everyday in high humidity especially after 3PM

AND THESE RESULT IN…

1. Tea leaves grow slowly and become more solid and thicker

2. Tea shoots are silky soft and contain less catechin (which causes bitterness)

3. Tea-acid & soluble nitrogen, both of which sweeten the teas, are found much higher than other teas.

4. High humidity provides a special, good effect in roasting the teas

OUR HERBS

 

Every herb has its particular optimal environment and place to grow.  Through the collaborative global procurement with our partner in Germany, all the herbs in our teas are strictly selected, processed, and passed required inspections for agricultural products that meet the regulations of EU and Taiwan. 

 

For the best taste and freshness reserved, our storage manages controls in temperature and humidity of 20°C and 55% in respectively for 24 hours everyday through the whole year.
